CEO of AdNext Group He has been working in the media market since 1996, actively involved in the process of its digital transformation. Co-founder of the largest Polish brokerage network CR Media and the first AdNet online advertising network. He is responsible for the strategic management of the group’s companies.

MICHAŁ JANIAK

CFO of AdNext Group He has been associated with financial institutions and media companies for 20 years. He is responsible for the financial management of AdNext Group's companies.

MICHAL TOBER

CSO of AdNext Group 15 years on the interactive market - the founder and longtime president of the IAB Poland Internet Industry Employers Association, the head of the advertising agency and development of the advertising agency of WP.pl for 7 years.

MARCIN DZIADECKI

Chief Business Development Officer of AdNext Group Researcher, an analyst, manager, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in complex research and analytical projects. He specializes in the area of technology and methods of analysis and the use of "BIG DATA" on the Internet.

ARKADIUSZ CYBULSKI

CEO at Gamfi Involved with the gaming market for more than 10 years. He has worked both on the client's side, in a developer's studio, and by running a game-building school. Together with the Gamfi team, since 2011, he has implemented several dozen implementations of gamification in marketing and in the HR field.

MAGDALENA CZACHOWSKA

Managing Director at Optimise Associated with performance marketing since 2006. Working in the K2 Internet group, she introduced zanox.de AG to the Polish market. As a partner marketing director at system3.pl, she was responsible for building partner technology and the development of the company.

MICHAŁ ŁUBISZ

Managing Director at Media Support 16 years in the media market. Over 8 years of experience in the sales departments of major publishing houses. Specialized since 2007 in outsourcing services, creating external sales structures, press and Internet brokers, digital influencers and content marketing.

MICHAŁ PACHNIK

Operations Director at Optimise He set his first steps in the marketing field in 2007. Prior to joining Optimise, he spent the last four years in the affiliate network zanox, where as a team leader he was responsible for managing the processes inside the company and developing its products and services.

MATEUSZ KROGULEC

Managing Director at Szeri-Szeri In the interactive industry since 2008. From the beginning until his debut on the NewConnect market, he was a PR Manager associated with Socializer S.A. He is currently responsible for Szeri Szeri, a company specialized in activities on blogs and among influencers.

AGNIESZKA TOMCZYK

Managing Director Mastermind Media 15 years of experience working with clients acquired in the network media house and work for the largest advertisers in the market.

PAWEŁ BUJAK

Managing Director Support Media Broker In the media market since 2001. He set his first steps in the largest Polish brokerage network CR Media, where he co-created the press broking market. The creator of Support Media’s brokerage department, responsible for strategy, planning and execution of the campaign in industry press and the specialized Internet.
